Id like to say Portia and Nancy are top notch in my book. It took me months to get up the nerve to even call but my case was filed within one week of my first visit and proceeded smoothly to discharge. I would recommend this firm to anyone considering bankruptcy,

Portia douglas was very nice and seemed to generally care for us and our situation at the beginning. We had decided that bankruptcy just wasnt the option for us at the time. At this point portia had not done anything for our case other than the initial consultation. We had paid her 2 seperate times 200 dollars for our case and when we decided we didn't want to file she wouldn't return the money. I mean come on 400 dollars for one consultation that is a bit excessive. By meeting with her 3 times she means dropping off payment, The only consulation that we had made was the initial and then i had dropped of payment the other 2 times which i never met with portia douglass I met with her secretary.

Nov 15, 2010 Highly Recommended Portia was our rock during this very difficult process. We began as a chapter 13 and then half way through we had to convert to a chapter 7 so we have worked with Portia for 3 years. She never once judged us and was always there for questions and sometimes just to listen. Even when she had to give us information was difficult for us to hear, you knew that she cared had looked at all the options.
