This law firm was recommended to me by a friend. I needed to prepare a will, but kept putting it off because I thought the process would be difficult and time consuming. However, the process was easy and stress free. I worked with Tom Steele. He was very professional, organized and efficient. He explained all of the documents and offered advice when needed. I highly recommend this firm and will use them in the future.

When my mother passed away, I was looking for an attorney to assist me with her will and estate. I worked with Thomas from Robinson and Farthing, and he was extremely helpful and also kind, empathetic, and patient as I walked through a complicated process for which I had so many questions. Cassie Kruse charged me over $14k from spring 2018 - spring 2020. I only met with her in office ONCE. The bulk of my bill was EMAILS. At the time I was making $11hr. At the onset, the lawyer suggested I sign a waiver to conflict of interest with the guardianship agency. As time passes rather than requesting a final hearing, the lawyer seemed to sway with the agency by requesting more demands from the already non compliant opposing party. The agency only made ONE house visit in the course of 2 years! I believe my parental rights were distorted, disregarded and not safeguarded. Winter 2019, the lawyer motioned, that I attempt to safely pick up my child during a 15 minute work break that included highway travel. It was unreasonable. The lawyer refused to request a final hearing for me, and ultimately asked to be released from a $6700 bill by the Court due to financial hardship.

I have worked with DeAnn Farthing many times over the years. She is an excellent wills, trusts and estate planning attorney. She also excels in handling many business related legal issues.
