I was having problems in getting my 94 year old aunt approved for Medicaid, so I reached out to Applegate & Dillman. It is a relief to have someone who knows the laws and understands the language. Applegate & Dillman has been a tremendous help. they take time to explain step by step the procedure, and what to expect. They walk you through. I am glad to have their help.

Edna Rauch and Tammy Quillin are top notch professional navigators in the senior world. Both have years of experience in healthcare and know the right questions to ask in guiding families towards their personal goals. With so many different aspects to consider in estate planning (especially with healthcare decisions down the road), you will serve yourself well in meeting with them. They can take a very scary, complicated process and break it down to much easier, understandable terms which will give you peace of mind. Well versed on community resources, too! Their expertise is second to none.

In the past I had two names that I kept to refer Elder Care work to in this area. Now the two have combined into one super firm. They have and will continue to receive all of my Elder Law referrals.

They have been an absolute help the last 6 months. We had my in laws do a living will and medical and financial POA. They also helped us get guardianship of my mother in and law and apply for medicaid. They have been so helpful that my parents are now going through the process of living wills and POA. I would highly recommend them. The entire staff we have interacted with has been amazing.

Very unprofessional had a consultation scheduled presented documents requested . I was made to believe I would be contacted for consultation regarding a serious matter . I never was given the decency to be contacted with them knowing I had a serious matter . Called today over 3 weeks later and was greeted with be over talked by Gretchen when asked about the follow up to consultation that I had she was very rude to say the least I was only asking why they would have me send documentation schedule an appointment and then never here from them again ? I have a good idea that I must not be the “kind” they want to represent Very disturbing to say the least !

Entire experience was positive. I received prompt, professional and courteous service for a relatively simple Will and POA. Straight forward and efficient.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a law firm! They manage my sons special needs trust and have been zero help they have billed the trust more then they have actually shelled out since they were retained in march. I’ve constantly begged them for a wheel chair and other things he needs when he’s with me they make excuses every time. The communication is terrible and they know it’s terrible my sons actually guardian of trust gets back to me whenever she wants to sometimes weeks, in between communication even while I’ve been emailing and calling and leaving messages! I don’t recommend this firm for African Americans my experience has me feeling like I have to beg for things for my child out of money he was awarded! I repeat they have done nothing since march in efforts to even try to accommodate the needs of my son at my request! Very money hungry firm and it’s disgusting , you’d think a trust that pays them for the work they do they would actually be of help that’s not the case at all!
