Bankruptcy is not a 1 day event, but rather a long, drawn out process. Both Dana and Adam did an excellent job supporting me from beginning to end and I never had to wait more than a day for an answer to any one of my numberous questions. I truly felt as though I was their only client. I successfully completed my bankruptcy years early, and this firm played a helpful hand in that.

To say going through bankruptcy is a nerve-wracking experience would be an understatement. To say Dana Oglesby is the best in the business is also an understatement. I was impressed with Dana from first contact. I had left a phone message with her office. I was amazed to receive a call from Dana herself. I was expecting a call from an assistant or secretary. Dana spent the next half hour giving me detailed answers to my questions, and explained my options. I knew right away that she was the one to hire if I had to go through the process of bankruptcy. From initial meeting to final discharge, Dana was there with answers, advice, and reassurance. Even better, she is genuinely compassionate and sympathetic. She and her assistant Stacey were incredibly patient, even when I made a few frantic, last-minute "What about this? What about that???" phone calls. (Thanks, Dana and Stacey!) Any attorney can file your paperwork. But it takes a truly exceptional attorney like Dana to make the process smooth and survivable. To say that she is friendly, professional, and highly skilled isn't enough. Having Dana as your attorney is like having a friend there to hold your hand and walk you through the process. Bottom line? I wasn't for sure how to file my claim. I knew it could be done - but I was very nervous - I've never done anything like this - and I was so terrified that I wouldn't do something right.
