I suffered a serious accident on a commercial construction site resulting in multiple surgeries. At first I was alone, dealing with a hostile insurance agent who opposed everything. I was referred to Randal Klezmer at Klezmer/ Maudlin, and he immediately took over and began to do what I could not, by aggressively pursuing the care I needed. I had 3 surgeries and over 100 physical therapy sessions all of which he made possible. When the insurance company tried to MMI me before I was ready, He filed against them and got me an IME which overturned their status, and resulted in the final surgery which "fixed me" Randal and his staff were always available to answer questions, and intervene on my behalf throughout the entire ordeal, and at the end got me a very fair settlement. Always friendly and caring, they helped me heal. I highly recommend that if you are looking for help, you stop here. You won't find better advocates than the attorneys at Klezmer Maudlin. Randy was awesome! My advice to anyone it to let Randy Klezmer represent you in your case. As we all know, Indiana is one of the absolute worst states in the Union when it comes to compensating injured workers. If you are not unreasonable and take Randy's advice, he will get all that your case is worth. Just let him handle it for you! His staff is also superb! I was in the loop the whole time with my case. I was injured on the job in December of 2015. During my recovery I hired the Klezmer Maudlin law firm to represent me. I could not be more pleased with how my case was handled. Randy is an awesome attorney that has great communication either on the phone or email. He will let you know what you can or can't do per Indiana guidelines of Work Comp. The process is explained as it goes along, that always good so you don't feel your being left in the wind. He does all the work for you to ensure you get the most compensation for your on the job injury. I was happy with the results of my settlement.
