I have nothing but praise for Tyson Shroeder and his staff. They went above and beyond for me. I couldn't have ask for a better lawyer. They are 5 star hands down. I would definitely recommend them. I will never be able to thank them for all they did for me ... Absolutely Outstanding!

Great people and excellent service

I have had Randy and Shawn since last summer and I have had numerous issues including getting my benefit checks cut off multiple times when I was deemed “healthy “ and I wasn’t and they got them reinstated every time. They respond back quick and communicate very well and Shawn has been on the phone with me more than a few times for extended lengths to try and figure things out for me. Thank you to the whole staff and those who I have been in contact with directly I would highly suggest this law firm

Horrible experience. Did not do their job to the best of their ability and was not thorough at all. They had me doing all their legwork that they were supposed to be doing. WOULD NEVER RECOMME D SO RUDE!

(My name is Stacie)….I have been working with Randy and Shawn for the last few years. They are assisting me with a workers comp claim and have been nothing less than exceptional! The attention and care they have given my case has been phenomenal and I appreciate them so much. I was referred to them by my mom she used them before and I must say it was the best decision I have ever made. I generally give 4 stars because I once believed, there's always room for improvement. However, in this case: they are perfect. This office, Randy and Shawn has been through a lot with me in almost 2 years and I'm thankful they both never gave up... Many times I've had an issue: this being weekly payments, medication, Dr appointments, Shawn is right on it. Getting me what I need... Also, regarding Shawn. I'm trying to find the right words all day. Appears I don't have any. Many times Shawn has answered my emails. From early in the morning to late at night (10:30p). That's awesome. That's dedication. She is awesome. And to the others in this office. Thank you.

I pray for anyone going through an injury! It is such a stressful and tedious time to actually go through! After reading the reviews I called this firm and they accepted me as a client. Worse mistake I could have made. I’m hurting, I’m awaiting workman’s comp to approve or deny my claim, so I can be seen by a neurosurgeon. after talking with Randy he asked me to go get all of my records, and I signed an authorization allowing him to do this. I can barely walk through my house but I did it only to be told he didn’t need what he asked me for. After several emails checking to see what was going on with no response whatsoever he finally got a hold of me to tell me he needed even more records. So rude, impatient, and very unprofessional talking to a new client that has never been through anything like this. Devastated and disappointed that anyone has to treat a client this way. I would not hire this firm if it isn’t paying off for them they obviously do not care ! Wasted my time only to start all over now.

First of all, prayers up for anyone who has to go through this process of dealing with a Workman's compensation case. This has been one of the most tedious processes in my life. Brandon, thank you for finally taking my case. After many calls, I'm glad that I didn't give up. Brandon, thank you and Carly for dealing with my crying, frustration, and all emotions while going through this. Thank you for remaining calm and helping me to calm down. This was a life changing event for me. Dealing with being down after a surgical procedure and the whole process of recovery, and everything else, it was a lot. I am thankful and grateful that I can finally move forward from this chapter. I highly recommend Brandon and Carly. Thank you and Blessings to you both.....

I trusted Klezmer Maudlin to handle my case, without a meeting which was concerning to me. I put this situation in the lap of a person I had only talked to on the phone. Against a heavy hitter KM came out and fought for me, when I thought I had hit a dead end. Brandon was always available and kept me posted as well as won my case. Not to mention very patient with me which can be a challenge in itself. I would highly recommend Klezmer Maudlin for workmen's comp. claims.
