There is an enormous amount of shame involved in filing a bankruptcy, but our attorney Robert "Bobby" Fine was so very helpful and professional it took the edge off this terrible experience. His non-judgemental attitude was so very calming and was very, very much appreciated. We'd had to file a chapter 13 two years ago. Upon becoming disabled I was unable to continue paying and that case was dropped.
