I acquired Ms Haynes and her firm's services on Feb 3rd 2023. I was asked to pay 5200 right up front to even get an initial consultation. I soon realized that little to no effort was put into my case. After weeks of not being able to contact Ms Haynes I was then told my attorney didn't even work for the firm anymore. Feeling abandoned and 5000 poorer, I fired Ms Haynes and her firm. I have reported Ms Haynes to the Indiana Bar Association for malpractice. Ms Haynes thinks people's livelihoods are a game and has no regard for the struggle some of us have to come up with that kind of money. Several attempts have been made to get my money refunded but with no avail. Ms Haynes claims to be a "fighter" for the people but is really in interested taking your money. I'm just trying to expose this fraud for who she is and hopefully spare the next person who is thinking of hiring Ms Haynes and her firm.

Dealing with a very complicated joint custody/visitation case in Shelbyville, IN. She has not only gone out of her way , but has been VERY understanding. As this has been an emotional roller coaster for me. She has been god sent , my fiancé and I, greatly appreciate everything, and one day my kids will also I’m sure he very grateful.
