I hired Eugene to help us with a bankruptcy situation, and during the course of preparing for the bankruptcy we also had a lawsuit brought against us. Even though that is not particularly Eugene's specialty he took that case on and got us a wonderful settlement outcome. due to medical emergency in the family we had to put the bankruptcy on hold which Eugene was more than happy to do and he's going to be there for us when we're ready to return to that situation. I was very pleased with my experience with the Law Offices of Eugene Mogilevsky and the staff. They were knowledgeable and responsive and timely. I highly recommend if you're looking for a law office that never makes you feel like a burden and works for you. I also never felt judged. Very empathetic and respectful staff!

Eugene handled my case in a professional manor. I would recommend him if needing a lawyer for immigration or anything else. He has a great personality and handles cases in a timely manor. My wife and I are very pleased with the work he had done to help us through our immigration process.

Waste of time and money! First off he charges for the consultation which okay but don't charge for talking about clients and your vacation. It took less than 20 minutes to say my case and him to agree to sue for fraud and charge me a hour and 20 minutes at 225 a hour. Hired Eugene Mogilevsky for a real estate fraud case and he gives it to Lyndon Small without my knowledge and they both got played by the oc {lawyer} on negotiating on my child custody case which should of never happened! Even Lyndon Small admitted it should of never been negotiated. They got the seller on breach of contract and failed to make a case cause the oc knew they didn't know what they were doing. So for over a year and over 7,000 dollars in fees I lost my house and 2,700 dollars. And never even went to court on this case. They had breach of contract and copy of the contract with my signature. Never would I recommend this lawyer! Quick summary me and my ex got a house with both our signatures and she got the deed just in her name some how. Reply to Eugene, you and Lyndon got played cause you guys don't know the law! You and Lyndon took it upon yourselves to negotiate with my custody case which I mentioned and should of never been cause my fraud case had nothing to do with my custody case! The oc played you guys the whole time which is why you guys went to my meditation, and negotiated my case against my custody case! And yes I did lose my house cause you withdraw from my case cause I don't want to pay more money for services that I'm not getting! So for a year of "Negotiating" and over 7,000 in fees you think I'm going to still pay you guys for that service? And there was nothing purpose for my case that I hired you for! They played you for a year and cost me time, money and my house! So yes I'm not moving forward with you or Lyndon cause you guys are incompetent, and misrepresent me! You say you try to get a hold of me by mailing to a old address after I sent you my new address and playing dumb when we been contacting by email the whole time. And now you and Lyndon have no integrity to make it right!
