I approached Eugene office after vetting five other immigration attorneys to file for my wife petitions for green card. Eugene was very careful in letting us aware of all things to be considered and to be expected. He then collected all necessary documentation and moved forward with the application, two months later, Biometric fingerprint , another five months, My wife was granted Social number and work permit, another five months my wife received her permanent green card. Easy process, no stress, no hassle. I have recommended Eugene to two other friends of mine and Eugene never failed to deliver. Big applause to his assistant Ms. Tia, a very thoughtful and helpful lady who made sure all paperwork was in order and kept us updated with the application status all the way till the end.

Law of offices of Eugene handled my green card case and it was an amazing experience. They sent my paper work in April 2023, after 2 weeks I received an RFE for medical exam, another 2 weeks I went for my biometric appointment. 2 months after biometric, I got my 10 years green card approved without any interview needed. Overall, my green card was approved in 3 months and that was unbelievable. Tia the assistant had been wonderful with communication, very friendly and is very fast at replying to my emails as quickly as possible.
