Personally, I do not recommend based on my experience. Unorganized, weak internal communication, invoices for unethical charges (an example: charged for an email FROM Garrison, the contents of the email were "I wanted to send a quick note and see how things are going. SUBJECT: Touching Base") We were referred to Garrison from a family friend for help handling my late brothers estate. I have since moved to working with a different firm to help handle the estate and have had an excellent experience.

Received a disgusting solicitation letter from this practice. Using public record to solicit business should be done with tact.

I called in on Nov 22 2024 to see if they offer dental malpractice litigation and I was told by the receptionist that they don't. When you click on services for Garrison law firm it list dental malpractice as a service they provide. Odd.... I'll call back and get the receptionist name to update here.

I have never had to use a lawyer before, but I hope everyone has the same experience I did with this team. I was always informed on steps and processing, staff would always take the time to throughly explain the legal jargon into a way I could understand and still advocate better for myself. If I ever have a legal issue, Garrison is the first place I’ll call. I felt pressured to use a big attorney advertiser, but I knew I didn’t want to be just another case number/load. At Garrison, I was actually apart of my team and I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Michelle Adams worked so hard to ensure I got the most of my earnings. They will forever be my go-to from now on!

You should never hang up on someone looking for information as a front desk lady, I recommend Freedman Law they are a way better Law company and they hire people who are eager to help!!!!
