Front desk lady is rude and likes to hang up on people

I was in a really bad car accident where I ended up in the hospital. The guilty party not only hit me but 2 other cars and a truck. I waited a little while to see if the guilty party would be honest enough to pay up but they completely refused. I called 3 law firms to take my case but all of them refused. Then I talked to Josh at Garrison law firm. Josh was caring, understanding and from the time I talked to him, he knew I had a strong case. I had all the paperwork so it made it a lot easier for Josh and his team to start the case. I left them alone and let the professional legal team do their thing. I have nothing but great things to say about Michelle Adam’s she helped me through the process and kept great communication along the way, First of all I went through a traumatic experience and knew the insurance company was trying to low ball me I reached out to the original law firm and Michelle walked me through the process and made me feel so comfortable fast forward the lawyer passed at the first company that Michelle was at but the communication from Garrison law firm (and Michelle) made me feel comfortable that the process would be picked up where left off and it was so I followed Michelle….after a year and negotiations I finally got my settlement offer in which is way more than what I thought it would be I’m so excited and I want to say thank you to Michelle Adam’s for everything!!!! I feel the firm cared about me, and in turn, the feeling is mutual. Appreciation goes further than just the lawyer, but also to his team! With his team, Chris guided me through the process, and I met some wonderful people along the way. On a side note, I really liked the way he treated his staff.
