I would highly recommend Martha to all my friends, family, and to anyone interested in hiring an outstanding lawyer. She is extremely detailed oriented, knowledgeable, and professional. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She answered all my questions. I received my paperwork back in a timely manner. I am satisfied with the results and will absolutely be hiring her again in the future.

Martha did an excellent job in my divorce case. I also used her in modifying my child support obligation and also had a living will done. She is honest and to the point, no beating around the bush. Have and will continue to recommend her.

One of her best qualities is her integrity. Martha would not spin, misrepresent or twist facts to be something that they were not unlike other council we experienced. As she went against other attorneys in court, Martha was professional, confident, well prepared & articulate without being dramatic or over the top. Martha has a great supportive staff, who kept us informed & worked diligently to make our case as strong as possible. My wife and I had Martha prepare our will recently. The process was easy and inexpensive. Definitely more than worth it for the peace of mind knowing our wishes for our kids are documented if anything were to happen.

As part of a long case with Custody with my Ex, we had to fight an appeal she had filed. Cody, and his paralegal Joe, both had previously worked for the same law firm as the attorney I had on the custody case. He recommended them very highly regarding appeals cases, in addition to normal legal needs, and having worked with Joe on that case, I had to agree with the choice. Cody and Joe were easy to work with, and very responsive as information came in for the appeal. Joe even contacted me on the weekend to go over some things, to ensure the response was accurate and detailed. We met with Cody and Joe before they sent our response to the appeal, and both were very candid with us, and went over all the possible outcomes. Cody was very personable, polite, and honest. Joe having been the paralegal on a messy post Dissolution / custody case for several years, then working on the Appeal response, was a refreshing thing.. During this time, he has drafted some of the best motions, and Findings of Facts, I have ever seen. These motions have helped win custody of my children. I would recommend Cody, Joe, and this office for any legal needs. They have a great view of the law and nuances where needed.

My experience with the Garrison staff is all positive. Each person I had contact with treated me with courtesy & respect. Legal counsel kept me informed throughout the entire process. For me, Ashley Dayhuff got things done. I can't thank her, & the entire Garrison Law staff enough. If I should ever need legal counsel in the future, Garrison Law is my first choice. The only choice.
