Hired Weston Nicholson for a case which was dismissed for a few factors. After that it was written in our agreement that any funds would be given back that were not used. Its been 2 months and still have yet to get it back from the firms owner. It's like a game of the run around with it. I respect Weston he was professional but the firm owner seems to not care about getting the rest of the unused funds back.

A fully deserved 5 stars to Mr. Nicholson, and his team. I would give 10 if possible. They're very kind, informative, and reassuring through all the ups and downs. They worked towards my goals, providing me updates the whole way as I needed them, and managed to get my case taken care of completely and dismissed. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know, as he is one of the best attorneys I've ever retained. Will most assuredly be the best and last stop you make down your winding legal road!

Worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer. I was lied to straight to my face and ignored after the fact when I tried to call my lawyer and get the situation fixed. It took 2 years to get a resolution for a simple case and I was maxed out in the process. I absolutely would not ever recommend this firm to anyone and advise you to stay far away or ask your judge for a change of counsel immediately.

I have nothing but praise for Mrs. Kathy. It's amazing when you go from one lawyer to an fabulous lawyer. She is the most professional aggressive lawyer Iv cames across. You just sit there. Trust me . She does all the talking an she gets her point across. I look forward to having her until this is completely over. Plus anything that may come up in the future. This needs to be said. I was debating leaving a review but I think this is something that needs to be known. The paralegals are extremely unfriendly. I don’t understand why. You could call have the sweetest tone and they still have attitudes. They’re immature and unprofessional. That’s the best way to put it. If you have questions they get annoyed and make you feel like you’re doing something wrong. If you need to talk to an attorney it’s like trying to walk thru a war. They get snippy for no reason. I say “they” because it’s not just one paralegal. I called a different law office because both of these ladies were rude. I’m not going to go into details. The other law office paralegal was very kind. She treated me like a human being. She didn’t make me feel like a burden. She didn’t make me feel like my phone call was ruining her day. She didn’t give me attitude just because I had “questions”

Weston Nickolson did a fantastic job with my case. He was able to get me into the pretrial diversion program and cut my restitution fees in half!!!

Mr. Weston Nicholson, Esquire was my public defender appointed by the court. Mr. Nicholson, a marine, a lawyer, and a very fine man, was very instrumental in providing time, effort, research, and repeatedly requested anything that I felt, under his supervision and experiences, would be consequential to the low level misdemeanors (2 total) charges being dismissed. Mr. Nicholson was resilient, persistent, patient, professional, and extremely focused on justice. Anyone who is fortunate enough to meet Mr. Weston Nicholson, professionally, or personally, will be better as a person for meeting such an honorable person. Thank you for all you did for myself and my family. Keep up the good work. There are more than enough obstacles in our legal process, without having the issue of inadequate defense.
