Weston Nickolson and his paralegal, Sheila Haynes at Noel Law, have been a fantastic duo in helping me with my divorce. Their professionalism and conduct helped me, and my family get through the divorce in a very timely manner. They were easy to get ahold of when my ex or I needed to talk with them or email them. My ex had no problems choosing not to go with his own lawyer because upon talking with Weston he felt a sense of trust and was at ease with Weston and Sheila to do the right thing for him and me. There were children involved and they made sure to be considerate of them and what is best for them. Overall, this was an equitable divorce, and what could have taken months on end went by very quickly, I believe it had a lot to do with not only their expertise and trustworthiness but how Weston and Sheila made you feel like you were in good hands with them. I am very happy that I chose to go with Weston and will not hesitate to recommend him in the future. Thanks, Weston and Sheila!

I was arrested and was represented by Weston E. Nicholson. The man was super professional and extremely well versed in the whole process. He went out of his way to keep me in the loop as things were happening. I ended up with most of the charges dropped. As a veteran it was great to be represented by a fellow vet who understood the type of community I came from. While I hope I never have to require legal services again, if I do, I will be requesting his services, and I'd strongly recommend you do as well.

Weston Nickleson was an amazing lawyer. He was given a difficult case and was compassionate every step of the way. He met all demands and was even sympathetic to the fact that my father was on his death bed and did everything he could to get me home. I wish I could give him 10 stars

Weston Nicholson is a great lawyer I was appointed a public defender and scared that I would not get a fair case and could not find my own lawyer Weston really helped me get through my legal troubles and was even helpful beyond the courtroom in things I could do. He was concise in his explanations and suggestions I felt like I understood what was happening because of Weston. I hope anyone reading this the best but if you need a lawyer pick up the phone and ask for Weston Nicholson.

Weston Nicholson was a great help. Quick to assist me. Getting an appt set with him was quick, within 24 hours, unlike the other 2 offices I called that were booked weeks out. I wasn't able to get to his office during business hours due to my work schedule but he called me after hours when he wasn't even working to help. Much appreciated.

How can a lawyer only work 4 hrs a week and get anything done for my family

I used Weston for a contract dispute with a roofing contractor. He got me out of the contract without paying a dime, and while maintaining constant communication with me. One day I’m restricted by a contract, the next the contract is done away with - quick and easy. Good job. Would recommend.
