I had Marcel for a D.U.I. He could never remember who I was when he did finally show up to court late,never knew when the court dates were, He didn't even show up to court on several occasions, Never once got a phone call returned in the entire year. Called for updates and what not close to 10 times in the year and never once did he return the call. The judge himself visibly could not stand Marcel. Pleading guilty with no representation would have probably ended with less time.

Mr. Katz never had all the evidence, was not prepared, could not hear. Raise objections when not relevant, did not raise objections when needed. Most incompetent attorney I have ever seen - he was fired immediately.
