We were well pleased at how this firm handled our claim. We didnt have to worry about any bills coming our way, they took care of them all. It took awhile but we were satisfied of the out come.

I highly recommend JP Shafer at Ball Eggleston. Mr. Shafer is a phenomenal attorney who has been an excellent communicator and one who follows through with his promises. I have delt with many attorneys in Lafayette Indiana, and I assure anyone, without a doubt, JP Shafer is the cream of the crop. There is no better. 10 stars!!

In June of last year i was in a car wreck that was not my fault, the persons insurance that was liable wasn’t willing to settle my case and lawyer JP Schaffer helped me get the settlement taken care of in a professional and timely manner, not only was he great to work with, he was responsive, let me make my own decisions on where i wanted to take things, but he got me twice as much money as i wanted or needed.Needless to say, if i have any more trouble with personal injury (fingers crossed). I will be returning to Ball and Eggleston. Thanks JP!

To put it simply there in the money making business and since they didn't feel they could make any money on the case. They weren't willing to help me. I totally get that. But also I don't agree with it. I reached out to them for help and told them I would pay out of pocket. And they still didn't show the decency one human being should show another human being in need of help. Therefore I gave them a bad rating. I wouldn't have given them one star if that were an option.

I chose Ball Eggleston because I had a personal claim and based on reviews. I was very fortunate J.P. Schafer took my case. It was a pleasure to work with him and paralegal Tamee. They took all accounts serious and really did a excellent job closing the case with most money in MY pocket. Truly!

I was fortunate enough to have Brian Karle work on my case when many other attorney firms refused to. He ultimately helped me outright win the case altogether (ironically against one of the attorney firms who did not want to represent me). Highly recommend him, especially if you are a Purdue student as he was actually once a Purdue student and is therefore able to understand situations much better than attorneys who went to colleges elsewhere.

They have an attorney for any issue you might have. If there's a conflict of interest, they will point you in the right direction. They're my first call for almost every legal issue or question I have. Fees always seem petty standard.
