I don't feel like some of the Public Defenders get the recognition they should, Mr. Coulter represented a very close friend of mine as a public defender and I feel that he done an awesome job, he was very helpful when asked questions and went over and beyond what many public defenders do. He wasn't just concerned for his client he was also concerned about his family which I think is great. We need more people like this that want to help instead of just doing the least they can and being done..many times your told that public defenders don't try to help their clients they just go along with things but I don't find this true with Mr. Coulter at all and I deeply appreciate all that he has done. He's very nice and contacted me many times on his own personal time. I would highly recommend him as a lawyer and would definitely use him again if needed! Sincerely, Jessica Benn

Very disrespectful over scheduling an appointment. My last comment was "thank you," I received a "mmm mmmm." A lawyer being a woman is not an issue, being told that once chapter 7 is filed makes all debts go away is false and misleading .

Bryan is a genuinely kind person. He went above and beyond and used his personal time to help me out of a tough spot. I recommend him for any law-related needs or practices.

Fact: I hear nothing but good things about this guy. Great person! Great Lawyer!

Awesome experience i was very scared and was walked through the processes. JAY WAS super professional and when we got to court A lot of the attorneys there had to have their clients file additional paperwork not us though things went super smooth awesome customer service . Actually above and beyond more than we deserved i highly recommend this firm to anyone . Thanks a million for all your help worth every dime !!!

Wish I would have know this too. This was a total run around, losing things, "computer crashing", not receiving voicemails, made appointments then show up to either sit there and him not showing up or him saying oh I had it for another day. :( TOTALLY would never recommend him. And too boot he totally rolled over with the other attorney and I got screwed by him and my ex.

I started filing with Perez and Perez back in 2015. Jay was very patient with me and allowed me to make weekly payments that fit my budget. He created a payment plan and a timeline for my bankruptcy that worked best with my schedule. Every e-mail I sent was responded too and acknowledged and he was very prompt in response and made me feel comfortable asking questions. I appreciate the extra patience that Jay had when I became pregnant and had a more difficult time making payments. He was empathetic to my situation and I greatly appreciate that. His office has a welcoming atmosphere and overall I had a very easy time and would recommend them to anyone who asked!
