I have never had any attorney treat me with the respect and honesty that Bryan did with me. He actually cares about my thoughts and opinions, and did more for me than I could ever thank him for. Chad Montgomery hands down has been the best Lawyer I've ever had when dealing with custody/support issues. I used a few before I found Chad & he was the answers to our prayers. He did what no other Lawyer did & fought harder than the rest. I have also highly recommend him to others & they all agree he's the best!

I went in feeling very overwhelmed in debt & needing a solution somewhat quickly. He walked me through the steps and made it feel effortless. If I ever had a question I could call the office and whoever answered would make sure to help me. Within three months of walking into his office I had all necessities required & my case filed. Can’t even tell you how big of a relief it was the day I finally filed. Also don’t let people tell you filing bankruptcy will ruin you. Filing bankruptcy and starting over right is way better than avoiding bills for years!
