I highly recommend Susannah Hall-Justice! She is very professional and true to her word. She stayed on top of everything every step of the way. She kept me informed in the most timely manner possible, and she and her office were very prompt in responding to me. She is calm and helped me to keep my anxiety reduced during what was a very stressful time.

Susannah was incredibly helpful, readily available and communicative, informative, compassionate, and encouraging from beginning to end during the process for my OWI case. She knows local courts and justices very well and negotiated an amazing plea deal with the prosecutor that included allowing me to retain my driver’s license and avoid the costly interlock device that the judge for my case typically insists. Thank you, Susannah! My case was due to a car accident where I suffered a back injury. After many months of physical rehabilitation and years after the accident, the other insurance company barely wanted to cover my lost wages for one week’s worth of work. I was distraught and disheartened. I expressed to Susannah that I did not want to accept the offer for my years’ worth of pain from which I still suffer from. Susannah encouraged and supported me in standing up against the opposing attorneys even when it did not seem like they were going to budge at all. After many more months of insulting offers, she coordinated a mediation, and was able to help me receive almost 10 times as much as their original offer. Although I may not get over the physical ramifications of the accident, I could not be happier with how Susannah represented me and the resolution that she was able to facilitate.
