Patrick was absolutely the best! Settled my business dispute through mediation and avoided litigation. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and the costs were minimal. I am very happy somebody recommended them to me and I will continue to recommend them!

Payed for a will and wouldn't update it

I had an auto accident a couple of years ago. Although my truck was totaled, my injuries wasn’t too serious. Bones were Ok but there was a muscle sprain in my hip bone. Not too painful but there was suddenly damage in my life at home and work. I asked a few local law firms for the case but Patrick at Withered Burns was the only one who returned my phone call. I learned later my case was “soft case” that not many lawyers would be interested in because it is difficult to win and not much money there. Also, many friends of mine said to me that lawyers will still make money but I won’t… I asked Patrick about this and I still remembered what he said “if you get too little money or nothing, I will split my fee in half to share with you. No worry, We never make more money than our clients. Two years later, last month, the case finally ended with 3 hours of mediation meeting. I am very very happy with the result!! More than we anticipated! Over the last two years with him, I learned two things: what I deserve and we need lawyers. I believe Patrick is a great lawyer!
