We used Braden Dean to represent us in a guardianship case and he was excellent. He was very upfront about what we would need to do, he always filed paperwork and scheduled meetings in a timely manner and never last minute. He answered all of our questions for us and overall, I would recommend him to anyone. A little pricey, but money well spent and I have no regrets.

If anyone needs an Attorney for criminal or child custody matters between Howard and Cass County, I highly suggest Braden Dean. He handled my custody case very well and very professionally last year. I met with 5 seperate attorneys before hiring him, and was most impressed with him.

I would recommend Braden Dean to anybody that asked. He was very professional and respectful to me every time we talked or met. I felt like he actually cared and his office always provided updates and reminders and they never forgot who I was. Money well spent.
