Everyone was so nice and friendly. Mr. Alcorn redid our wills and was just so nice and helped us along with what we wanted to do. I would recommend this firm with a 5*

I’m updating my original review. On 4/21/22 Decatur County courts appointed Patrick Magrath to be my attorney for an appeal. When Mr. Magrath was appointed there was some communication issues, or lack thereof. After leaving a bad review on 6/16/22 things changed for the better and that tells me that Mr. Magrath and or the law firm of Alcorn, Sage, Schwartz & Magrath read the reviews, care about what their clients have to say and care about their reputation as attorneys. In fact In my opinion regardless of losing my appeal I feel Mr. Magrath did better then the attorney I hired for my trial. Mr. Magrath actually listened to what I had to say, was open and honest with me, answered questions my hired attorney wouldn’t, included things that I knew into the appeals brief and the brief itself was written so well. The brief to me and others that read it, it was a no brainer I should have won the appeal, that’s if our justice system wasn’t so broken. I told Mr. Magrath I wish I knew about him and the law firm of Alcorn, Sage, Schwartz & Magrath because I would have maybe hired him for the original case that went to trial. Mr. Magrath told me something that stuck with me, he told me there are certain rules attorneys have to follow but at the end of the day it’s the client who he and attorneys represent, With that alone I would definitely have to recommend Mr. Magrath. We honestly need more Attorney’s like that and believe their clients and the best outcome, comes first. In fact after the holidays I may contact Mr. Magrath for a consultation on petitioning the court regarding a couple things, if it’s allowed and then in the future I may get a consultation to have my record expunged and or sealed.

Ashley is very knowledgeable and her approach was very comforting when it came to my situation. Very commendable individual and you can tell that she cares about her position/clients. Highly recommend!

RaeAne Pryor was my second attorney for a very sensitive, family court case. She was AMAZING and everything I needed in an attorney. She was hard-hitting and assertive all while being professional and empathetic to all parties involved. She always gave me her honest opinion and demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and experience. Heidi was amazing. We had a very long and difficult case. Lots of stress and turmoil ahead of us and Heidi was there from start to finish. She was patient with us and our questions. She provided positive reinforcement when we would get distraught. We ended up going to court and she did amazing work making sure we were represented to the best of her ability. She would step up when I would forget or get flustered during the hearing. Thank you for everything you do and did for us.
