Great attorneys office

Heidi Kendall-Sage represented me in my workman’s comp case. I couldn’t be more pleased with her and her friendly staff. Heidi displayed sincere compassion for my situation, often reaching out to me just to see how I was feeling. She was very responsive to my calls and emails and thoroughly answered all of my questions to help me understand the process. Great service

First of all, Heidi tells you in the beginning that she charges 20%, so no surprise there. It should also be no suprise that you pay $750 to see her doctor (who is wonderful) as well if you don't have your own insurance/doctor. Heidi just fought a long 14 month battle with Workers Comp for me and I went in it open minded. I knew it was going to be rough because of how my previous employer was acting. We both (Heidi and myself) couldn't believe the way they (previous employer) treated me over this case. It should have been cut and dry but unfortunately there are bad employers out their that will feed W.C. anything in order to try to not get you to win the case. Well, I am fortunate that I had Heidi because not only did we win the case but we got a substancial amount more than I even expected. I am now going to use her firm for my next case on custody. They will be my family lawyer for anything I need and I will tell anyone they are the best practice in the surrounding counties. Thank you Heidi for caring about me and my son. For doing everything you could to make sure I got the justice I deserved.
