Tonisha was amazing to us during the entire process of my sons adoption through DCS. She took care of everything and had it all ready for the big day. She also had no problem traveling to another county for us.

Mrs. Jarrett was always available and friendly. She help me get my son adoption completed with very little problems. All the staff was friendly each time I went into the office. I would highly recommend Mrs. Jarrett if you need a lawyer for any thing.

I hired Tonisha for a newborn private adoption case. It was a wonderful experience. She is very friendly, caring & knowledgeable. Tonisha helped us with adopting our foster children. She is all about the children and making sure their needs are met and advocates for the family. Tonisha was on vacation and still took time out to address our case. She took care of all the legal paperwork and explained any questions we had. She went above and beyond. Tonisha helped me collect a debt and file paperwork allowing to move out of state in connection with my divorce case. I have been in and out of court due to custody and divorce issues in Morgan County since 2000. I have used three different attorneys in that time. Tonisha was the one who knew the local politics of the court. She knew local biases of the judges. She filed paperwork in quick and efficient timeframe. I wish I found Tonisha back in 2000!!!

We have not been to court yet, but I already know what will happen. She went through the everything with us. I am adopting my husband's oldest son. The biological mother consented, which made everything easier. However, I know if we would've had to fight over it, Tonisha would be the only lawyer I would have in my corner.

My experience and outcome couldn't have been better. She helped me settle a issue of money I was owed and did so in a companionate and understanding way! I appreciate feeling like I matter and I don't feel like you normally get that. I would recommend her to anyone looking!
