I hired her to help with enforcing two court ordered judgements and the past due arrearage of child support from the non custodial parent. Well she cancelled a court hearing I scheduled before I hired her without notifying me. I showed up to court only to find out that she decided to cancel the hearing that I had waited months to get two weeks prior to the the hearing. When I called to find out what happened she told me it was a scheduling conflict. In essence she prioritized something else at the last minute and failed to notify or discuss the cancellation with me. I paid a $2500 retainer in advance, she charges $250 an hour. She was non responsive for the first 2 1/2 months. Not returning calls rarely returning emails. Things began to escalate with my ex spouse and she actually started to communicate via text and email and a call here and there. What I didn’t realize is she used this opportunity to excessively charge my retainer. Warning do not use her!

I was in a car accident where another person slammed into my car and totaled my car and caused some serious injuries. I spoke with Attorney Ivanovich and she really cared about my injuries and making sure that I was compensated for the negllegence of the other driver. She went hard against the other persons insurance and got me a really fair amount. I have referred friends and family to her and if I ever had another case would use her since she works hard and is trustworthy. I think it's hard to find that in a lawyer.
