Shaun helped with two matters--foreclosure and attempt by someone to collect on a debt not owed. Shaun answered my questions and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Shaun filed all paperwork on time and completely. Shaun also charges reasonable fees. The outcomes were positive.

We have used Shaun 2 times , once for buying a home and we went to closing expecting to pay more money and because of Shaun being very knowledgeable we got over $3000 back, also Shaun took on a land case for us to sue a title company , Shaun kept us informed made it easy to make payments and he won our case, with a larger payout than expected. When we first came to Atty. Olsen he treated us with respect and not like we were some kind of... Atty. Olsen has always responded to our calls, and e-mails in a timely manner. He knows Real Estate Law and is handling our Loan Modification. He works on the case and make us feel that he does care. Best of all he has never been condescending. We would really recommend Atty. Mr. Olson greeted us as soon as we were announced and took us to his office. He listened to our needs and concerns and then gave us his advice, which was informative and helpful. He explained why our documents (wills) should be laid out and worded in specifics. Since our situation wasn't too complicated, he drew them up while we waited and covered them with us thoroughly. We signed them and left with them.
