The lawyer I spoke to was very rude over the phone. How do you expect to gain clients with this type of behavior? Definitely detoured me away from using their law office.

Very disappointed, always heard wonderful things about this attorney. In November she apparently put her name in as said attorney, December does not show up for court, find out in January that she is taking a new position. Ok. Congratulations but that could've been handled in a much better professional and courteous manber. If you are in a position to need an attorney to begin with you are probably very nervous as it is and when the 1 person that you put your faith into does not even show up. Well that kind of shows the type of attorney she has been. If she has ever withdrew herself from being someone's attorney due to lack of communication maybe it was lacking on her part. Very disappointed ***UPDATE*** I hope I'm mistaken somewhere in this. I do not see where Miss Flynn has taken another position or resigned from being a public defender. This truly just makes the situation even sadder. The key to resolving almost all issues is communication.

DO NOT HIRE HIM! He is the the worst lawyer you could possibly have. Not only is he incompetent, but he is lazy and his lack of motivation is frustrating. I sat in the county jail for an entire YEAR and this man brought me only 2 pleas. The 1st was 8 years and the 2nd was 15. He is disrespectful and couldn't even remember MY NAME or my criminal history when he actually decided to pay me a visit at the jail. Which was never when he said it would be. Dont waste your time or money on him. You'll be disappointed, as everyone else is. I can't tell you how many people have fired him. Its embarrassing, honestly.

We were very happy to hire Mr. Janes on a friend's recommendation. He is very direct and no nonsense, which is what you want when he is negotiating with the other side. So you might not get a hug from him but you will get a very skilled and competent attorney. He responds promptly and often with a sense of humor which does lighten the darkness that goes along with the divorce process.
