Brian Morgan is so very helpful and provides excellent service. He helped us navigate through a difficult situation in order to assist my Mother obtain her Veterans benefits. We would not have been able to get her benefits approved without his assistance. We are eternally grateful.

I highly recommend Timmel Law. Brian Morgan helped us in getting VA benefits for my mother. It’s a cumbersome process but he took it all on and told us exactly what to expect. Brian informed us it could take up to a year, but, she was approved and received the benefits due her within 6 months. Brian understands the VA process very well, anticipating and avoiding potential issues. I truly believe he is the reason her benefits were approved so quickly.

This agency has been superb in the handling my family's needs. Jessica has been nothing but excellent! We moved from a firm that I feel was misleading and not "transparent", to Timmel Law...and I could not be more satisfied. The entire staff is very skilled and helpful. While the Medicaid process is very intricate and involves a lot of steps, they take you step by step and help you to gather what you need. The firm's ability to navigate complex issues and achieve great outcomes is unquestionable. I highly recommend them to anyone contemplating the Medicaid process for an elder. We all need an ally and they're terrific!
