I hate to give a mediocre review, but I had them do my will originally and wanted to make a few changes. I had an appointment over the phone with one attorney there.. Amy? And waited 45 minutes for the conference call then the receptionist told me she as still in court. They set up an in office meeting next for me and they said she was going to in court that morning and I said make sure to give her time to get back. Hmmm.. get there and no she is not going to make it. So I met briefly with the paralegal (Joshua)? and he informed me they don’t do trusts which I was thinking of but okay just changes to the names on my will. He said they would call me with someone who did do trusts… never got a call about that. But about 3 weeks or a month later they did have the name change on the will. When I came back I didn’t even meet with the paralegal just signed paper with notary and receptionist and after complaining about the 2 meetings previously they said they wouldn’t charge me the whole change fee. I am guessing they gave me a break on the fee. So that was my experience.
