I was extremely displeased with the ‘services’ of Ralph Melbourne. Initial conversations he led on to believe my case was sufficient and there was good probably of custody adjustments. After half of my over $2k retainer had been drained from phone calls to review the history I previously provided to Ralph, his standpoint changed to: custody most likely won’t be changed because my son gets good grades and his dad transports on his days, no matter how much black mold is at his house. All of this information shared in the beginning. I understand that no one can predict the future or rulings from a judge, but this was a joke. If you can- do without the lawyers. A COMPLETE waste of energy, time, and money.
