My personal preference was to communicate through phone and via email. I never had to miss work to go to the office. I was always updated with any information about my case and my questions were always answered. I never met Ann in person but she was always so kind and understanding! The staff in her office were just the same. I have referred a few friends to her and I hope your experience is just as great!
