I’m grateful to have worked with a lawyer who genuinely cared about me and my son during my divorce process. Tim by no means sugar coats the truth but he tells you exactly what to do to get the results you want, and you’ll get them, but you have to put in the hard work because he knows if you do, you’ll have the most healthy and positive outcome for you and your child. (Example, having to give your child to a parent who hasn’t necessarily earned the right to HAVE time!) because eventually, everyone’s true colors and the judges DO see that! He fights for what is right, fair and earned! If you do your part he will get his hands dirty for you and your little one, too! His brother Steve, and Legal Assistants Crystal and Robyn make you feel welcomed and like family!

Tim was great. Handled everything as expected yet did it very efficiently to save me money! He’s in for the law not for taking your money. A rarity with lawyers. He’s plugged in and knows his stuff. He will tell you like it is without any run around.

Worst lawyer ever. If you have criminal problems Steve is not your guy. I hired them many years ago. And he didn't try to uphold the law.

Tim Stoesz is exactly the lawyer you must avoid. In his first free consultation, he will sell you himself as the guy who will fight for your case. However, the moment you hire him and pay the retainer fee, you will have real hard time getting hold of him. He will spend little to no time learning any fact about your case. Expect to work on your own throughout the process.

Just finally spoke to him after 5 attempts at contact. You know what he said? "I am no one's cheerleader." Be you appointed or hired, you are your clients cheerleader. If your attorney cannot offer solutions, and instead hammers YOU with the officers "evidence" then run. I pray my public defender is switched and it is not him.

If you want the blunt truth and honesty, These are your guys. Hearts of gold and big brains for law.
