I contacted Attorney Duepner to help guide me through my father's estate after he passed. My dad didn't have a Will or Trust. I live across the country (18k miles away from Indiana) with a 2hr time difference and knew this process would not be easy. My dad had a complicated relationship with a domestic partner along with other barriers/contrast that would make it harder than a "normal estate". Joe was very upfront and let me know this process can sometimes take 2 years even when someone DOES have a will/trust. He let me know my options throughout the process and allowed me make my own decisions without being pushy or mean. There were times where communication was not the best such as unanswered questions on emails and not communicating with the other party that I was flying out to pickup the vehicles. However I wasn't terribly upset about it because everything worked out how it should and if the other party knew I was coming they could've sabotaged things...therefore, I assumed he withheld telling them on purpose. Joe definitely got the job DONE. He was able to convince the other party to sign over rights allowing me to handle things without court approval (which is costly btw), mitigate talking with the other party reducing stress on my side, and we worked together to get the estate closed within a year! I'm very thankful for his kindness and services. I would highly recommend him to anyone! My siblings were happy with the outcome but I couldn't have done it without him.

After our son passed away we needed a Lawyer to help us get a court order to access his Apple Icloud data. I did a quick Google search and picked Joe randomly. What a stroke of luck! I called him and he setup a meeting that day. I meet with Joe and explained what Apple needed. He stated a price. I agreed to the price on the condition if Apple required anything past what they originally required he would do the extra work at no additional cost. He agreed and I paid him. He said it would take one to two weeks to get the probate court order. In less than two weeks the court order was signed by the judge. Apple rejected it and demanded it be amended. Joe got the court order amended that week. Apple accepted it and we gained access to our son's Icloud data. Joe's word is gold. He is an honest, ethical person. I've never had a need for a lawyer before but now I know who to trust. Joe should list accessing a deceased persons Apple Icloud data on his website.
