Scott was outstanding!!!! I worked with him for almost two years. He made sure he answered all my questions and when it came to representing me he was phenomenal!! When I was nervous about the hearing he reassured me by comforting , prepping and completing all the paperwork necessary all in a timely manner. Not to mention, his office was amazing and he treated my wife and I to lunch. Not only did he care about me but he cared about my family well-being too. Promises everything and delivers nothing
Loves to talk about his contributions to society
Over charges
Incompetant staff
Tells you he has a good relationship with the Judge's
Has been in practice since 2005 with no long term reviews
His current, limited reviews are not accurate
If and when I can sue him for legal malpractice, I will.

This woman slandered all men and said that men should not have custody of their children ever. She is biased and basically made my brother lose his case... I feel like she could have done so much but she didn’t. She was my brother’s attorney for over a year. My brother ended up spending an additional $3,000 and got a different attorney, won his case in a matter of months, and got full custody of his children. Just save yourself and go to someone else!!!!!!

Rebecca Eimerman, was suppose to be the GAL for my child, and misrepresented all actions regarding my child. She never acknowledged knowning my child and the individuals in the case on a personal level to through courts. I think it's a shame that she would even be a GAL my child suffer from her Recommendations.
