Ben did some work for me awhile back. I am not the easiest of clients simply by nature of my personality. Very much a Type A here. Ben bent over backwards to communicate as we went through tye process. At no time did I ever get the feeling he was blowing me off or was too busy for me. He was always transparent and despite the significant uphill battle we had to fight. Most importantly, we WON!! I would recommend him to anyone needing his help no question.

Any experiences I have had with attorney's hasn't been to pleasant. Let's face it needing one usually means you're not in a great situation and need help. Ary completely changed my perception of attorney's. He is very down to earth and easy to talk to, very informative and extremely responsive. I can't stress the last one enough. He was constantly giving updates without and solicitation from myself whatsoever. He was literally a phone call away and if he couldn't answer his response times were amazing(less than one business day and even withing the hour). He worked very hard for me and it was evident by his updates and communication. He was very honest and professional and even gave me advice on other matters unrelated to what i retained him for, and without trying charge me anymore with "consultation fees" as other attorneys may do. He made the process very easy and comprehensive when discussing legal terms and processes. I am happy to have the need for an attorney just for the sake of being able to meet him and refer him to anyone in need. I live a good hour away from his location and would and will happily pay extra to have him represent me in my area (mind you I was not charged extra when he did need to come here). I can't say enough good things and highly encourage anyone to not hesitate to call, speak with him and see for yourself!!!
