Steve was absolutely fantastic helping me through the process of my injuries from an auto accident. I’ve never had to go through anything like this before. Steve explained the process and set up a plan to make sure everything was taken care of. And he really fought for me to make sure I was compensated for my injuries. Tim Stoesz and his team were an absolute Godsend for our family. He is a truly FANTASTIC attorney. He's very no-nonsense, & he won’t waste your time or his. He’ll be straight forward with you about your case and what your most practical options are. He also wasn’t shady in any way about what he was doing and how he was billing us like some attorneys are. If there is something you can do yourself & not pay him thousands to do, he will definitely let you know. He didn’t bill like any other attorney we’d ever met, and we definitely needed that. He billed more in “phases”, and he was very flexible. He’s a man who does his work for the right reasons too. He can’t stand deadbeat parents, and it matters to him whether or not what you’re working toward is going to help or hurt your child. This was a hard time for my family, as I’m sure it is for anyone seeking his services. He even shared with us wisdom we didn’t expect to receive from a lawyer: “In a legal fight over a child, the only ones who win are the lawyers...Avoid it if you are able.” What lawyer says this? A truly honest one. He won our case, & made it look effortless. He also worked miracles for us, & helped me adopt my daughter from her sorry excuse for a birth mother.
