Took my tax refund and my 401k and did absolutely nothing to help me. Then dropped me as a client without notice. Wasted 6 months of my life. Don't bother with this one.

It is only fair that I point out that my divorce lasted almost 3 years. I started with a large law firm in Indianapolis, there was a lot of turn around of lawyers, my case was finally handed over to Mr. Carter. He informed me that he was starting his own business Carter Legal Service. I followed him to his new office. My case had not moved very fast for numerous reason holds, delays and all kinds of legal maneuvers that was draining my funds and mental well being I was tired. I told Mr. Cater I did not care anymore I was done wanted to just drop the divorce walk away. Thank God Mr. Carter told me he strongly advised against it that I should stay the course; that, that was the tactic to wear me down and he would only withdraw if I gave it to him in writing. My ex-wife made her move that following weekend and wanted to move forward thinking I had thrown in the towel. Mr. Carter was still representing me and I wanted to go forward, For the sake of brevity I will get to the end result! NOTHING!!!! She received absolutely nothing not one cent! I also received the car and keep 100% ownership of my business. Erik Carter did his work above and beyond what I had expected. he put together the chronological list of event showed how this case was made to drag out, to see to it that I lost my home, money and my business. In the court Mr. Cater showed up and showed out. He objected to almost every line of questioning including references to my mental state of mind, all of which were sustained. He stopped every maneuver and protected my business. I walked out of that courtroom walking on air, finally justice and someone who had some skill to get a marathon divorce over. My personal advice stay away from these really large law firms they cannot promise any better results. Erik Carter may not be the cheapest game in town but he is way more reasonable than the larger firms. I will guarantee when it matter in the court room he will bring his skill to the table. Your only responsibility is return all paperwork that he give you in a timely manner. In conclusion there is know way I can write all that occurred, but I will tell you that Erik Carter has given me a new start, I wish I would have had him in the beginning maybe I would not have lost half of what I did? Divorces are a ugly business and a big heart is the number one ingredient for disaster. let Erik do his thing then you can be generous later, if your so inclined.
