Ary Avnet was a blessing sent to me in the darkest time of my life. When my ex gave me divorce papers, I didn't know where to start. I like many, went to Google to find a local but experienced firm based off of the Google reviews I read. Ary responded to my initial email within 2 hrs and scheduled a call for me the very next morning. He could sense how raw my current situation was and how I needed to understand my rights without being overwhelmed with too much information too soon. To that end, Ary introduced himself and explained the service and experience he had in caring for clients such as myself. I don't use the word "caring" lightly when describing a lawyer. I've worked with many lawyers throughout my career and have seen the spectrum of approaches attorneys take with their clients. Little did I know that Ary and I would embark on a 12 month journey with plenty of snares, blinding curves, and hidden pitfalls. My situation wasn't that of splitting excessive wealth. However, we had a fair amount of shared assets and liabilities that required careful consideration, planning, and forethought. Inasmuch as we prepared, we were met with sloppy, incomplete, and outlandish proposals from the opposition. Ary precisely documented all of the haphazard responses and proposals, aligned and compared those with our understanding of the law related to each, and crafted meticulous messages that not only, I believe, followed the law but were also in a respectful and thorough manner. The divorce was final in January 2021. There have been some straggling actions based off of the decree that required a bit of paperwork. But I'll just share that it wasn't as much a legal binding reason why Ary continued to check on me regularly or confirm each step of the way that my ex was complying with the agreement. He has been genuinely concerned for me from the start to the end. I can honestly say I had an amazing experience with my lawyer through the toughest experience of my life. If you need a voice of reason, legitimate protector of your rights, and a genuinely nice person all the way around - then I recommend Ary Avnet of Avnet Law Firm.

He has a flat rate for expungements which is one of the cheapest I’ve found. Not to mention, he got started as soon as the forms were signed. Kept me updated throughout the entire process and I never had to ask him for information. He was extremely professional and responsive. He even had a backup plan to try and avoid me having to come out of state for a hearing, which I didn’t end up having to. If you’re needing anything, you’ve found your attorney. Look no further.
