Was my father’s lawyer for over 25 years and when he got sick my mother needed stuff done because he didn’t set something up the right way and my mom came back to him correct it, He reluctantly did it and told her he doesn’t want to do anything with her anymore, crazy to treat someone like that who has been loyal to him for so long.

6 weeks ago (Friday) I called to find out information about a trust that had been executed a number of years ago by this office. They asked that I send a copy of the trust to them, which I immediately did, and that they would get back to me on Monday. After several calls to them and, yes we're looking at it, I still haven't heard from them. They did not even offer an appointment and seem less than concerned about getting back to me or my dissatisfaction with them. If I could give them a -5, I would.

I had a challenging experience with Easterday when it came to handling an estate closing case. This process has been ongoing for eight long years, and unfortunately, it has been a frustrating journey with minimal assistance from Easterday once he stopped receiving payment beyond the initial retainer for closing said estate. Getting essential documents from Easterday became an ordeal, and it took months to make any progress. Even though our agreement was based on his fee being covered by the estate, the secretary, supportive staff, and even Easterday himself resorted to harassing my family due to payment issues, which was entirely uncalled for. To make matters worse, Easterday ceased actively communicating with the local assigned judge, leading to the estate's reopening due to unresolved stock matters. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend Easterday's services

No longer occupy building shown online. Building has actually been demolished & property cleared. Phone has answering machine message saying they're open till 5pm but in client conference. Door was locked. Didn't return message left on machine. Just not accessible for client to drop off payment & get receipt from early afternoon till closed at 5pm. Not pleased with results of case.

Thee most unprofessional lawfirm, send paperwork threatening an eviction dated the 6th to be out by the 31st not even the required 30 days, mediation with Easterday is a waste of time he is less than helpful and just scribbles to pretend he's doing something 0/10 would never recommend

Easterday is very un-professional! He brought to court someone else's picture of their house, did not bring any pictures I gave him, did not bring up in court how my siblings did not go by my parents will, or the fact that they took everything of value plus money in house then left the house to look like a horrible mess that I had to clean up when I had to get ok by judge to clean it and fix it up, then after court I needed him to send something to the court and he was real hateful about it. I would not recommend him to anyone.
