My husband meet with this attorney when he received court papers for a child in need of services. We went for a consultation gave her all the paperwork and spoke to my husband about everything with Ms Shivley and she told us that my husband didn't need a lawyer and never even needed to go to court date we were to appear at. We have later just found out that she is know representing his ex wife. I have always been told by other lawyers that if the lawyer currently has been in contact or consulted by. The other person involved in the case is not able to be represented by that lawyer do to conflict of interest. If I could get a answer of why this is allowed I would appreciate it. Thank you
