Best results I’ve ever had in court.He is a great lawyer

I've now used Paul for two cases, and been happy with the result both times.

Mr. Stanko is very polite and professional. With enough humor to make the weight of charges a little easier to cope with. He was able to get me a really good deal considering the charges I faced. He also charged a flat rate which is helpful and not being overcharged on hours spent in the court room. I highly recommend Mr. Stanko for any of your Marshall county cases.

Paul turned out to be a top notch attorney for handling my DUI case. While I was humiliated by the whole experience, he never made me feel ashamed and had matter of fact recommendations and approach. He is obviously well connected with the Courts in Northern Indiana and since I was from out of state and would have had problems with any jail time, he was able to successfully argue that a better option for me was community service which is apparently rarely granted by the judge in my case. I was totally comfortable with the way he ushered me through this difficult time and recommend him highly.

Very unprofessional. To say that I am dissatisfied would be an understatement. Never once did Mr.Stanko show up to any of my court dates. Never once did Mr.Stanko return any of my calls. As for texting, which was the primary way of communication, he was extremely seldom at best. In fact the only times he did text me back regarding my case was on: Dec 1, 2019 which was first contact. January 14, 2020 and Feb 23, 2020. Speaking of which, the only time he actually responded to me in a timely manner was when we were talking payment. I would advise others to check out his yelp page as well as to stay clear of Mr.Stanko, seeing as a lot more of his clients share the same discontent. As for you Mr.Stanko Warren County Court sends their regards P.S. The judge who was looking over my case in Warren County also told the Lake County Bar to give him disciplinary action. There's a very good reason why this is 5 stars. Nobody is going to look for one start reviews on lawyers...

First offense with 2 misdemeanors as a young woman scared + unsure what to do - Paul did a phenomenal job with communication, friendliness to aid my anxiety, and above all else and amazing execution during this process entering me into a diversion agreement to assist my record to stay clean!
