I hired this office for two guardianship cases. I was quoted a price and paid that amount during my first meeting with Mr. Bonk. Both guardianships were simple and uncontested so the price that I was originally quoted seemed reasonable. A few months later when I needed Mr Bonk’s assistance with one of the guardianships, I was surprised to learn that I had a large balance. While having to pay hundreds more than we discussed was annoying, the real disappointment came when my questions and requests for assistance were not responded to adequately when I needed to make changes to the guardianship. I appreciate the prompt reply to my review, but I wish that I had received the same time and attention while working with this office as a client.
