So glad we chose the Law Offices of Gary Bonk for our estate planning. We worked with Garrett Bonk, who did an amazing job of walking us through the whole process. He was very professional, kind, and fun to work with. We feel like we are in great hands at this office! Highly recommend!

My wife and I needed direction on what we needed to ensure that the distribution of our estate would be easily facilitated upon our death. Gary explained what our options were in a very relaxed meeting, and as we had lots of questions, took his time and provided not only answers but suggestions. Gary made the process easy and the final product has provided my wife and I with assurances that our estate and healthcare will be handled appropriately based on our wishes.

My wife and I retained the Law Offices of Gary Bonk to revamp a trust that we had completed many years ago. During the initial consultation with Garett, we found him to be thorough, detailed and easy to deal with. He asked a number of excellent questions as he reviewed our current Trust. After the review and discussion, he recommended that we completely amend the trust based on new laws, better language, etc. We felt that he was credible and we wanted things done right. When our trust was completed, he met with us for nearly two and a half hours to over in detail, the language, articles, sections and more. What I appreciate most about the experience was the attention to detail. Everything in our binder was flagged for signatures. Copies of specific documents were provided which allowed us to provide to our various POA, Banks and other financial institutions. Even in the back of our binder, there were opportunities for memorial service planning, organ donation, personal effects memorandums and more. Overall, I would highly recommend this team.
