Law offices of Gary Bonk: what a great firm! Our Family had the pleasure recently of securing this firm for our Family will. We were met with the utmost kindness and sincerity. We were put at ease from the very beginning. Father and Son,Gary Bonk & Garett Bonk, both handled our Wills. Explains everything in detail in language you will understand,what a blessing cause we all know we can't understand lawyer language! Their focus is making you happy and they do just that. Gary Bonk and his team provided solid and professional services to me as Trustee of my late mother’s estate. They hit the ground running; I had the necessary documents to gain access to financial and physical assets within a week. Gary worked with me on a nuanced solution to certain problematic matters in the Trust documentation (prepared by others) including coordinating efforts with our financial advisor. His paralegal Keiyomi Thomas was critical to the smooth execution of the Estate with her proactive communications and thorough and resourceful attention to detail. We closed on the Estate within a tight 9 months. I will recommend Bonk’s team to friends and family and would use them again in future Estate matters.

Gary has been very knowledgeable, forthright, and a great partner in working through the thorny issues surrounding this type of trust. To his credit Gary has been upfront about costs. Communicates when cost saving measures (such as working through the trust rather than his office) should be utilized. He also has made a strong effort to provide critical information even when the information is not positive. Very good estate lawyer

We recently moved to Indiana from Illinois and needed to get our wills, powers of attorney and other documents updated to comply with Indiana law. We had a recommendation for Bonk Law Group and set up an appointment. His office asked us to think about how we wanted to pass on our assets and to prepare a summary of our finances and a family tree in preparation for our first meeting. Having this information available when we first met made the entire process easier. We met with Garett Bonk. He was personable and we immediately felt comfortable and confident with him. He asked detailed questions based on the information we had prepared. Throughout our discussion, he asked questions to make sure he understood what we wanted. He also encouraged us to ask questions. Garett also suggested ways we could pass on our assets as easily and directly as possible. We also set up financial and legal power of attorney and living wills to ensure our family knew our wishes. Overall, he was very easy to work with, and he prepared an estate plan that will do exactly what want.
