I found Mr. Troumouliaris to be an attorney who constantly is thinking from a place unlike most other attorneys; integrity. Michael was available to me for any questions I had about my case. He is straightforward, logical and knows the law. Also, he has the ability to empathetically acknowledge emotion, yet tactfully put it aside and focus on the facts. I was involved in a serious accident with a semi-tractor trailer truck. I found Michael to be knowledgeable about many issues that I brought to him. His vast experience came shining through with the examples he cited and advice he offered. His expertise guided me through a very complicated and difficult time. Working directly with Michael exceeded my expectations. He balances his refinement with assertiveness to produce optimal outcomes; he was realistic and expeditious in all matters. After gathering the facts of my situation, he reached out directly to the truck driver's insurance company with some very effective communications that resulted in a substantial settlement. I found Michael easy to work with, very responsive, and will use him again with no hesitation when the need arises. As for his office, it was easily accessible, comfortable and not over-the-top, busy, yet organized; his staff was professional, helpful and friendly. He is a horrible in dealing with a Divorce issues. He did absolutely nothing but take my money. He purposely chose not to anything because he believes the courts are one sided when dealing with divorce and custody issues. He actually admitted that to me. I found out he lied about several things. Now my child is suffering because of it. I would advise anyone to run from this guy.
