Donald Berger collected a $5,000 retainer to represent me in Federal Court In South Bend Indiana, he did not prepare for the case, I was detained at the hearing with no argument by Donald Berger and did not provide any defense. Immediately after the hearing while I was detained in South Bend County Jail Donald Berger flew out on vacation with the $5,000 paid to him. He spent a total of 3 hours on the case and is now refusing to return the unused portion of the retainer.
