We met with Marianne a week ago and haven’t heard a word even though she said she’d have something drawn up the very next day. I’d appreciate even a courtesy call or email letting me know I’m still a priority as we needed a POA asap. I hope this isn’t typical with this firm as at first meeting, we were impressed. The honeymoon phase is wearing off however.
