I am a US citizen (through naturalization) and wanted to apply for my wife's green card. I was having my first consultation with him. He was suggesting that in the case my wife dont get her GC. i move with her back to my previous country of citizenship and try to regain my old citizenship. Clearly the worst consultation i ever had, because he was not the first lawyer i asked my consulted.

My wife is currently going through the DACA process and is also pursuing legal residency. Durham is very straight forward in his approach and is articulate in describing the different options we can take. I've been very pleased with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone.
