First made contact with about false medical bill owed for my son. Jo ( some lady that claims to be a supervisor (when i asked to speak to one) was disrespectful,rude and tried to bully me. Didn't listen to anything I said. Eventually said she didn't have to listen to me and my threats,when all i said was we have insurance and they was notified of this. She hung up on me.

PLEASE BEWARE. This place is a scam sent my husband a letter in the mail saying he owe a hospital bill which in fact he didn’t. They are trying to send out legit looking letters to scam people
